Evaluation and procurement
INOVIS selects the components best suited to the requirements of your industrial computer; depending on the focus, price, delivery time, quality and, above all, long-term availability. As with our customers, we also build long-term relationships with our suppliers. In fact, since 2002, we have had our own local office in Asia, responsible for contracting and quality control with local manufacturers. This close contact provides us with early information on the product cycle of the components we use and enables us to react to discontinuations in good time. We relieve you of the need to plan for hundreds of individual parts and deliver your pluggable industrial computer for years to come.
Punching, bending, powder coating, assembling
Our production is ideally equipped for small, medium and large series (one to ten thousand units per year). INOVIS is probably the only IPC manufacturer in Europe to have combined the entire value chain in one building in 2015! From stamping, bending, welding, powder coating (or other surface treatments) to the assembly of electronic components in an ESD-protected environment. Consistency in quality and flexibility in production planning make us the ideal extended workbench.
Testing and documentation
As with production, the final testing of industrial computers is also customer-specific. All units manufactured by INOVIS undergo a standard test of all interfaces and a 24-hour burn-in. Assembly and final testing are recorded and stored electronically, along with documentation of any subsequent upgrades and modifications. In this way, the history of an INOVIS industrial computer can be traced over its entire service life.
