Development

Specification

We will help you define the specifications and highlight any industrial computer-specific issues in the design. From your specifications, we derive suitable test procedures and the necessary certificates for the series product. This phase also includes feasibility studies in terms of technology, price and timing.

Prototype

Once the key system data has been established, the bulk of the work is done. For us, all that remains is to lay the foundations for a new industrial computer design. We design the case, produce the manufacturing documentation for the prototype and write the specifications for the individual components. The bill of materials is produced and each item is checked for availability and compatibility. Custom adaptations of standard components are agreed with suppliers. Based on the bill of materials, we purchase the material to manufacture your first industrial computer. Assembly and testing are carried out in accordance with pre-defined documentation and are recorded step by step. We document our approach in parallel with the development phase. The associated documentation is therefore available with the prototypes.

Production-ready

You take the final step towards your new industrial computer yourself: testing in the target environment. Together with the results of the final test and the experience gained during assembly, we incorporate your test results into our design prior to series production. Depending on the complexity and scope of the series, a pilot series may be advisable for endurance testing or initial field applications.
